Financial Planning FAQ

Our financial planning FAQ answers some of the most common questions about working with a financial adviser, how our advice process works, and what to expect when engaging us.

If you’re considering financial advice, this section is designed to give you clarity and help you understand how our approach may apply to your situation.

We work with professionals, families, and retirees who want to simplify their finances and make their money work harder over time.

Our clients are typically looking for clarity, structure, and a long-term strategy, rather than one-off advice or product recommendations.

There are a lot of options when it comes to financial advice, and on the surface many of them can look the same.

Our focus is on making your money work harder, so you can get more out of life, not just in the future, but along the way.

We take the time to understand what you want your life to look like and build a strategy around that. The aim is to give you clarity and direction without unnecessary complexity.

Most importantly, this is not a one off interaction. We work with you over time, helping you make decisions as things change and keeping you on track.

The first step is a short initial chat where we get a feel for your situation and what you’re looking to achieve.

From there, we’ll walk you through our process and outline the next steps if you’d like to move forward.

We start with a short 15–20 minute phone call to understand what you’re looking for and make sure we’re the right fit to help.

If it makes sense to move forward, the next step is an initial meeting. This is a structured session where we dive deeper into your situation, goals and options. The cost for this meeting is $350.

From there, if you decide to proceed, we outline the scope of advice and any associated fees upfront. This means you know exactly what to expect before anything moves forward.
